Letters to Vladimir Putin About Conspiracy Law (4-24-2004)
4-24-04 Bemerkungen über 1-18-02 Tatbestand
The new law which I’ve written below will be added to all my CONSPIRACY LAW documents. I don’t have time right now. Please begin enforcing this new law immediately, since I would write it now if I had the time. I will add it to one of my CONSPIRACY LAW documents.
For all death penalty violations of CONSPIRACY LAW, cross-examinations must be done, not only for the main perpetrator, but for all those directly or indirectly involved with the violation. All those who are determined to be willingly, knowingly and deliberately part of the conspiracy (which is a death penalty violation of CONSPIRACY LAW) will be executed at the same time (preferably publicly on INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST NEWS). It is quite possible that 100 or more people may be executed at the same time for a death penalty violation of CONSPIRACY LAW. In order to cover these extensive cross-examinations, INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST NEWS, will have two broadcasts on two different stations (with one broadcast specifically devoted to the cross-examinations).
