Vladimir, add FirstCommand Financial Planning, P.O. Box 2387, Fort Worth, TX 76113 (and all their subsidiaries, like their Boston subsidiaries at Boston Financial Data Services, P.O. Box 8000, Boston, MA 02266) onto the lawsuit and criminal proceedings that you have against Chrysler Financial, the Family Practice Residency, and American Asset Co.–since they have ripped me off about $6,000 from my IRAs. I may not have had to file for bankruptcy if I had this and I could have paid off my car.
It appears the Jesuits used my UNWILLING AGENT mother to get into my files and steal the legally excellent letter I wrote to them about March 2003, in which they were to sign this letter as a statement that they had given me all the legal paperwork (including the contract I signed with them regarding the establishment of my IRAs) which I requested from them in an unaltered state. I wanted to know how many IRAs I had established with them. They were very evasive and never gave me a straight answer. You may have a copy of this letter which I sent them certified, return receipt several times and to which they never responded– since I gave you permission to copy all items I mailed at the time. I no longer have a copy of this letter that I wrote them–thanks to my mother. They never responded to this letter, even though I sent it to them certified, return receipt several times. I had typewritten this letter and I did not have a computer at the time I wrote it to them, so the Jesuits used my mother (it appears) to retrieve it from my files. This letter would be very strong evidence against them.
Also, get onto Chrysler Financial to send me my title. I think the Jesuits are going to try to use David Schuler to put a hold (or something) on the title and to have David claim default in child support payments as the reason. Get tough on Chrysler, give them a court order (under threat of imprisonment) if they don’t send me my title immediately. You may need to deal with David, too, if he is doing such a thing. You may need to send him a legal order not to interfere with your custody of Erich. And he may need to go back to jail, if he is interfering.
The Jesuits used my sister to try to weasel a way to use David to harass me about Erich, when she called me yesterday. Treat my sister as an UNWILLING AGENT (according to CONSPIRACY LAW). She never reads her Bible. She admitted it. So the Jesuits got her. We know, for a fact, that a diligent King James Bible reader cannot be taken over as an UNWILLING AGENT.
That’s one reason I had to move out of my mother’s place, because she was getting into my files and stealing items from me. Apparently, the Jesuits gave her total amnesia about this and she has completely forgotten she did this. Time is evening of 11-26-04. It appears my mother stole my Starbridge health insurance card (which I had from Burdines)–I can’t find it anywhere and she stole from my files some of my bankruptcy paperwork, since I am missing a letter written to me from Marc Taps and it appears I am missing the legal paperwork which states that I was granted a discharge and bankruptcy. This is very serious, that my mother gets into my files. I definitely do not want to move back in with her.
