Birmingham Alabama Japanese Garden Meditation
I learned that Birmingham, Alabama has a great Botanical garden with a great Japanese garden. I wanted to visit there, but don’t have a car presently and it’s rather difficult. So I found a way to bring the garden to my apartment, so that I can meditate there. I found a YouTuber who made a video of their visit to the Japanese garden there Oct. 16, 2021, and then I added my own meditation music as a background. I really like this Japanese garden. It is very relaxing.
